Statewide Right to Counsel Town Hall
New Yorkers need permanent solutions to the eviction crisis! Right to Counsel has proven to be immensely successful at stopping evictions and protecting tenants' rights - For example, in NYC alone, more than 84 percent of tenants who had a Right to Counsel lawyer were able to stay in their homes. We must strengthen and expand this important right to ALL tenants across New York State!
