Right to Counsel has proven to be immensely successful at stopping evictions and protecting tenants' rights - For example, in NYC alone, more than 84 percent of tenants who had a Right to Counsel lawyer were able to stay in their homes. We must strengthen and expand this important right to ALL tenants across New York State!
